It is recommended that the latest versions of all the portal components be downloaded immediately after the first install. Since the portal software uses Microsoft ActiveX technology, the components get updated automatically whenever a web page that uses them is accessed.

Begin by accessing the Logon URL of the portal server.

Note: The actual URL will be different for your installation. The DCT Logistics URL is http://dctportal.dctlogistics.com/CyberPortal/logon.htm

Click the Yes button to download and install the first component.

Note: This may take several minutes depending upon the speed of the Internet connection.

Enter your User ID, Password and the eFulfillment Center (the Portal Server) that you are accessing in the form of hostname /Warehouse Code (Warehouse code is optional).

Your user ID and password will be supplied to you from DCT Logistics. The eFulfillment Center for DCT is dctportal.dctlogistics.com

Then click the Enter button.
Click each of the function icons on the selection bar on the left. This will download the remaining components.

Note: After this, whenever a web page is accessed, the browser will automatically load the previously downloaded component, unless a new version of the component is installed on the server.
